The High Court Judge sitting on the Sene West parliamentary election case has adjourned it to Thursday , 17th December 2020.
The Electoral Commission (EC) assured the general public yesterday that it was working to conclude the issues regarding the election results from Sene-West Constituency.
But according to the latest report from NDC Bono East office , the court case regarding the Sene West is adjourned and expected to be concluded on Thursday.

“The High Court Judge in Wenchi has, today 15th December, 2020, adjoined the case between the NPP Parliamentary Candidate- Joseph Kumah Mackay who has placed an injunction restraining the EC at Sene West from counting the Parliamentary ballot box for Tato battor Polling station B of which the NDC - MP/ PC - Hon Kwame Ampofo Twumasi is an interested party.
The NPP Candidate has withdrawn his injunction suit but the High Court judge fined him GHC 6,000.00 as a punishment to deter others from doing same next time.
This follows the debate by the NDC Legal team lead by Lawyer Victor Kwadwo Adawudu for the judge to surcharge him for those unnecessary moves.
The High court judge in Wenchi has served notice he will rule on the matter on Thursday 17/ 12/ 2020.
